Ugly Sweater Social

What: Come sport your favorite ugly sweater and hang out with SLO YMF as we will be SLO Brew Rock-ing around the Christmas tree! Friends, family, significant others, coworkers, elf-on-a-shelf, etc. are all welcome.

SLO YMF with be awarding a prize to the best/ugliest sweater by popular opinion. Ugly sweaters are encouraged but not mandatory! Bringing a toy to donate will also earn yourself a chance to win!

When: Thursday, December 12, 2019 from 5:30pm to 7:00pm

Sarah Marin de Orlando

Sarah graduated from Clarkson University with a Bachelor's Degree in 2011, and from Northeastern University with a Master's Degree in 2014. She has been a part of YMF since 2011, and was previously a part of the LA and Boston YMF branches before coming to the SLO YMF branch. Sarah currently works for Cannon in their Structural Engineering division where she analyzes and designs a variety of structures ranging from local development retaining walls, rocket launch auxiliary structures, pedestrian bridge abutments, low-rise steel structures, and much more in between. 

Favorite Hobby - Working out, especially outside
Favorite Movie - Lord of the Rings: Two Towers
Favorite Central Coast Restaurant- Old SLO Barbeque for quick bites and Guiseppe's for romantic sit-down type meals
Spirit Animal - Alpaca (so many wonderful puns and cozy blankets)
